Cruise 2012!

Me and Justin went on a western carribean cruise with our good friends Tristan and Joni Hatch February 11 to February 19. We first flew to San Antonio where our friends picked us up at the airport. We spent the night at a hotel there and we went to the river walk and looked around. It was beautiful! Then Sunday we drove 4 hours to Galveston Texas and spent the night in a hotel. We ate at Salsa's restaurant that night and had the most amazing mexican food and the mariaches sang to us. Then Monday we boarded the Cruise! It was raining all day and we were worried but Tuesday morning we woke up to blue skies and 80 degree weather! Amazing! We were at sea on Tuesday and it was Valentines, we had formal night that night. We watched amazing live shows every night on the cruise. Wednesday we went to Progreso, Mexico. Our excursion that day was a beach party. We laid out, ate yummy food, got Henna tattoos and kayaked on the ocean. Thursday we went to Cozumel, Mexico. My favorite day! We rented a jeep for the day and first we went to Chakanaab, the famous snorkeling reef. We had a guide take us snorkeling and it was amazing! The water was so clear and blue. I also loved the pina coladas on the cruise and in Mexico. Yum! Virgin of course! Then after snorkeling we saw the dolphins, then we went shopping in down town cozumel. Me and Joni were very good bargainers! We got 4 coach purses for 80 bucks! For those of you who don't know, they are each like 150 here in america! The sellers seemed very annoyed with us ha ha but we won them over. Then we ate lunch in this tiny tiny little house like thing. A sweet hispanic family cooked us a very yummy lunch and when we paid them it seemed like we made their day. Thursday night we saw an amazing magic show! It was our favorite show. Then Friday was another day at sea and we got couples massages, very nice and relaxing! We had great funny waiters every night at dinner. They did a little show every night to and one night our waiter was dancing on the table and me and Joni stuck dollar bills in his pocket and the dining room went wild with cheers ha ha! Saturday we got back to Texas and we drove 5 hours back to San Antonio where we said our good byes to tristan and joni. They are great friends and we sure miss them!! We had so much fun with them! We stayed in a hotel saturday night and flew home Sunday. THanks so much to everyone who watched Chase, especially my parents who made it possible for us to go. Justin and I celebrate our 5th anniversary this year which is why we did this trip and we will never forget it!!! Love ya babe!
